We at Dodo Workspace & Café are beyond thrilled to have hosted the first-ever face-to-face coworking session of the Weekly Huddles, an initiative by the ICT Industry Development Bureau (IIDB) of DICT Caraga for online freelancers based in Butuan City and the wider region.

Held on June 4, 2025, right here at our cozy and collaborative space, this event marked a meaningful celebration of National ICT Month 2025, honoring the thriving digital workforce that’s changing the world with one click, one gig, one project at a time.

This pilot session gathered passionate online freelancers for a day of learning and connection. Coach Cynne Paul Hayon led the spotlight segment with practical tips on “Upgrading Your Online Freelancing Game,” inspiring everyone to grow intentionally with the support of a like-minded community.

What Are Weekly Huddles?

The Weekly Huddles is a unique coaching, dialogue, and coworking activity designed to strengthen the freelancing ecosystem in Caraga. It’s a safe space for freelancers to meet, learn, collaborate, and feel part of a supportive tribe.
