A new chapter in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Caraga officially began as Dodo Academy – widely known as Dodo Coworking Space and Caraga State University (CSU), through its Technology Business Incubator (TBI) program, formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen support for local startups and technopreneurs.

The ceremonial signing was held at Navigatu TBI, CSU - Ampayon Campus, marking Dodo’s official membership in the Caraga RISE Consortium, a collaborative effort to accelerate regional innovation, research, and entrepreneurship.
Representing the institutions were Dominique Haas, Co-Owner of Dodo Coworking Space, and Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil, President of Caraga State University. Together with Dr. Riah E. Encarnacion, TBI Director of CSU; Ms. Jenelyn R. Asis, Project Lead of TARA ATBI; Dodo Coworking Space - Operations Manager Ms. Julia D. Aguillon and Project Lead Mrs. Joyce Michaela T. Duglas.
Through this partnership, Dodo Academy will support CSU’s incubation programs: TARA ATBI and Navigatu TBI, by providing specialized workshops, co-working spaces, and mentorship programs that enhance the skills and entrepreneurial mindset of startup founders.
This co-incubation initiative ensures that startups graduating from CSU’s TBI programs can seamlessly transition to professional working environments through Dodo Academy, further fostering a culture of self-sufficiency, collaboration, and innovation in the Caraga region.
As both institutions embark on this meaningful collaboration, Dodo reaffirms its commitment to creating opportunities where learning, creativity, and entrepreneurship thrive.
✨ Together, Dodo Academy and Caraga State University are building a stronger innovation ecosystem – empowering local talents, startups, and dreamers to rise and make an impact in Caraga and beyond.
